Spring: $150/night or $1000/week
Summer: $225/night or $1500/week
Fall: $150/night or $1000/week
Holidays may incur higher rates.

Payment Terms
Visa, Mastercard and American Express are accepted for payment. $300 deposit and 1/2 the fees are due at time of booking. Non-refundable if booking is broken. Full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. If the booking is within 60 days of arrival, full fees are requied at time of booking.

Cancellation Policy
For cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of $50. For cancellations, 90 to 31 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of $200. There are NO REFUNDS for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival. |
Policies
There are not pets (unless arranged in agreement) or smoking allowed within the unit. No more than six individuals are allowed to stay in the unit. The association does not allow towels to be hung on the balcony. Please honor the neighbors by keeping noise levels down. Occupants are responsible for any damage incurred. A $175 cleaning fee will be added to the cost. Local taxes apply. Call Terry Rudd for access codes to the complex and the front door. Keys and remotes are housed in the unit. |
