Spring: $150/night or $1000/week
Summer: $225/night or $1500/week
Fall: $150/night or $1000/week

Holidays may incur higher rates.

All deposits will be returned if property in good shape.

Personal checks are happily accepted. $300 deposit at time of booking. Non-refundable if booking is broken.  Full payment is due 45 days prior to arrival.

There are not pets or smoking allowed within the unit.  No more than six individuals are allowed to stay in the unit.  The association does not allow towels to be hung on the balcony.  Please honor the neighbors by keeping noise levels down.  Occupants are responsible for any damage incurred.  A $150 cleaning fee will be added to the cost.  Local taxes apply.  Call Terry Rudd for keys and garage remote arrangements.
